A shout-out to one of our fellow Belgian cocktail craftsmen, Manuel Wouters. The Lazy Red Cheeks was first created in 2004, in Antwerp, Belgium. The name for the cocktail was created by Tom Barman, singer of the famous Belgian rock band dEUS.
The great blend of raspberries and violet syrup gives a fruity, floral and lightly tart taste, adding the vodka with lime completes this wonderful drink.
