We're already in this business for quite some time and so we received a lot of comments on the Negroni. The thing we heard most is that it's a strong and bitter drink. So, we thought about this issue and came up with a nice twist; we switched the Campari with Aperol, which gives the cocktail a softer and sweeter taste.
