Prices and invoices
All prices on the website are in euro and including of VAT. The VAT contribution is 21 percent. The invoice will be given with your order when you pick it up.
You can pay with Bancontact (Stripe) in advance, or in cash when you pick up your order. The order is only complete after you have paid. This means that if you opt for cash payment, you must first pay a Manhattn employee before you receive your order. We do not accept afterwards payments. If your Bancontact payment is cancelled, your order is not valid. Manhattn is in this case no longer obliged to prepare your drinks.
Orders can be placed through the website and must be placed at least one day before your indicated pick-up day. Orders can be placed every day, but we have a limited number of days for pick-up. This is clearly stated on our website (The Concept, Shop). Same-day orders can be made exclusively by telephone and depend on whether or not someone is home and the available stock at that moment.
After your order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail with all of the order information. If you made a mistake in your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix it. If you have already collected your order and you didn't tell us anything, we can no longer do anything for you. When you come pick up your order, a Manhattn employee will always go over your order to check if every product you received is present and correct. You then have the possibility to mention if something is wrong with your order (e.g. wrong products, missing products ...). From the moment you leave the take-away address and something is wrong with your order, but you didn't tell us, Manhattn can no longer be held responsible for this.
Manhattn has the right in situations of powerlessness to prepare your order later than you have indicated. If this is the case, we will of course let you know as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone.
We work with a take-away system so that we can keep your products as fresh as possible for as long as possible before you pick them up. Take-away is of course completely free.
When your order has been completed, you must fill in the form that appears on your screen with your name, e-mail address and the day and time you will pick up your products. The different take-away options (days and hours) are clearly stated on our website (The Concept, Shop, Order Complete). Filling in this form is mandatory. If you do not fill this in and you are in front of a closed door when you come pick up your order, Manhattn cannot be held responsible for this.
We give you a time span of 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your chosen day and time of pick-up, because unforeseen circumstances are always possible, of course. We do ask you to let us know in time if you pick up your order earlier or later than expected. However, if you come to collect your order outside this time frame and no one is home, Manhattn cannot be held responsible for this.
We work with a special treatment for our products, so that they stay good for at least two weeks (and some products even remain good forever). You can find all the information about the shelf life of each product in our shop. The condition for this is that you keep your products in a cool space (e.g. the refrigerator or freezer) and therefore do not leave them in a warm space (e.g. the car). This will always be clearly communicated when you come pick up your order.
If you, however, have the feeling that your product does not have the right taste, you may return them within the prescribed expiry date. After that, return is no longer possible. Products bought with a discount cannot be returned. You must first let us know by e-mail or telephone, stating your name, your order and the day you picked up your products. You can only return your order if you have received written permission from Manhattn to do so (by e-mail or text message).
The product must still be in its original bottle, and the bottle must still be almost completely full. Otherwise, your return will not be valid. A Manhattn employee will always first taste the product to confirm that something is indeed wrong. If this is the case, you may choose another cocktail or mocktail from the available stock at that time. We count on the honesty of our customers that they have always kept their products cool before something went wrong with the taste. If the products have been left in a warm environment for too long, Manhattn is not responsible for any bad taste of a product.
